flag the onresize event and call changeSkin() function ... this is a temp fix, but effective

example:

function bfix() {
changeSkin('skin-winxp');
}

function init() {
//this function already exists between HEAD tags
//...at end of function add following event flag
window.onresize = bfix;
}

NOTE this fix has NOT been fully tested, but works under IE 6x and Mozila
