Preference Persistence

Hi,

I'm currently looking at the free (linkback) version with a view to purchasing a developer license for my company.

The menu included in the free version appears to be persistent for a session, but when a CTRL-F5 refresh is performed, preferences are lost. I see this is not the case with the menu on Dynarch.com.

Please can you share with me how I can provide the same preferences functionality for my own versions using DHTML Menu??

I wish users to be able to select their skin, shadows, etc and for it to be saved so when they return the next time, they have the same menu preferences.

On another point, the example menu included in the linkback version seems to have a problem with showSection JS function. If I am on the Overview page and select the Features page, then Features menu item is disable as expected. If I use the BACK button on my browser to return to the Overview page, the Features menu item remains disabled when I would expect the Overview menu item to become disabled.

Is this a limitation of the linkback version or is it some other problem?

Thanks in advance for any help you provide.
- Brad
