First of all, thanks for the great scripts, they work flawlessly. Have a question, and you'll have to excuse my igonrance, but how do I allow a blank date field? Currently, if user doesn't enter a date, the script enters "1900" in the database.

I also have the same problem.

Its a great script.
Everything is working fine but there no option for a blank date. Date can be changed but couldn't find a way to remove the date.

Please help us.

I had the same issue but I had to make some modifications to the source to get that functionality. Let me know if you still need the fix.
