Dynarch Calendar — “Library” license

This license grants you the right to use The Software according to these terms and conditions but it does not grant you the property of The Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.

This license is revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive.

Permitted use

• The “Library” license allows you to install The Software on any number of websites operated by you.

• You may include The Software in applications developed by you and distribute such applications to third parties, provided that such applications have substantially different functionality.

• You may use the software on your development machine(s) for development and testing purposes.

• You may modify the JavaScript and/or CSS code to suit your needs.

Forbidden use
