Actually, what is a Website? Put plainly, it's an application. A Web-based application is more or less similar to a desktop-based application, with the huge difference that it reaches faster users worldwide. In its development, we pass through certain steps:

1. Planning the application — figuring out in great detail what it should do. This is the step where the customer writes functional specifications of his application, discusses it with developers, finds out what is possible and most importantly, what is not.

2. Designing the database — at this stage the developers are deciding, based on the specifications already discussed, the database structure which will best fulfill the needs of the application. Further interaction with the customer are always needed, because in 80% of cases, the specifications discussed at step (1) are incomplete.

3. Making it real — this is the longer phase, where we actually bring ideas to life. If the customer requests it, the developers schedule incremental builds of the application, which improves the overall understanding of the project for both sides and early bug discovery and fixing.

4. Website design — this is normally taken care of at the implementation stage. By “Website design” we understand the optimum—perfect, we would say—page layout, fonts, colors and graphics. Our design is always fast, user-friendly, clean and bandwidth-economic and in accordance with customer's demands.

5. Webvertising — sounds simple, doesn't it? But this step is at least as important as all the others. A well promoted application will sell. A well promoted Website will bring money. And after all, this is what RoI is all about, right?
